A 5 year ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) that can be amortized up to 30 years, with the interest rate & payment amount automatically adjusted every 5 years throughout the life of the loan. This type of loan has no hidden fees, no origination costs and no pre-payment penalties.

We also offer a Fixed Rate Loan that can be amortized for up to 30 years. You are locked into an interest rate that will stay unchanged throughout the life of the loan. Our fixed rate mortgage loans also have no hidden fees and no pre-payment penalties. However, we do charge a 1% fee of the loan amount that is due at the time of closing.
